Holiday Hours: Our offices will be closed from 6 pm MST on 12/23 through Friday, 12/26. We will resume our normal business hours on Saturday, 12/27, at 8 am MST. However, you can complete the online portion of the Credit Counseling course while we are closed, and finish the interactive counseling session with one of our counselors when we reopen. I finished the course. How do I get my certificate?
Your certificate is issued immediately after you finish the credit counseling course.

If you are interacting with a counselor via chat or phone, your counselor will tell you that your certificate has been issued. If you are interacting over email, you will receive your certificate by email.

Your certificate is also available from our website by logging in, and going to MyAccount.
