How long does the course take?
The online portion of the course will take about 60 minutes.

You can interact with a counselor immediately after finishing the online part of the course if you choose the chat or phone interaction option.

If you choose to interact with the counselor by email, it will take 5-30 minutes for them to reply to each message.
